  1. 9:09 This is not right. Infinity focus is literally like focusing to an infinite distance. For instance, even if you try to take a shot of the moon, you will have to focus before infinity because the moon isn't at an infinite distance from you. The example of the mountains is therefore wrong and your mountains will not be in focus at infinity.

  2. Darious, that was the most concise, insightful and funny video on lenses I have ever seen (and I have watched a mountain on the topic!) and really, really helpful for me as I am about to fork out some serious money on glass. High five and a massive thumbs up.

  4. Aha! Now I know it's not just me who has trouble racking focus! It's the lens! You'd think I'd know this with 3 years or so experience with DSLR Filmmaking. You learn something knew every day! Thanks Darious!!!
