I have never been a night shooter really until bonfire night this year and this has given me new inspiration, I managed to photograph the fireworks handheld at shutter speed 1/5 with some great results. Now going to try the light trails. Cheers.

  3. Fantastic as always – lots of great tips. I had a go at doing light trails before but had too large an aperture which let in too much light. Will have another try and see if I can get it right next time. Thanks.
